Ringneck configures the platform, connects your tools, and trains your team. You bring the business knowledge, the rules, and the content, and you make the day-to-day marketing decisions. You are not left to figure it out alone, and we do not become your marketing department.
No. We do not guarantee revenue, leads, or any business result. Two things are guaranteed. Growth System: if you meet the agreed setup obligations and we do not finish the agreed setup in 30 days, you can request a setup-fee refund. Partnership: after 90 days from launch you can leave, and if we miss the agreed floor you can request a setup-fee refund.
You fund the approved media directly. Your proposal defines the qualified kept appointment, the monthly floor, and the price per appointment. Meet the floor and we earn on every qualified kept appointment that month, including the ones that make up the floor. Miss it and the performance fee that month is $0. There is no monthly agency retainer.
Growth System customers can cancel anytime after launch and keep access through the current billing cycle. Before it closes, you can request an export of contacts, customer data, and content, with a handoff report. Platform, agent, automation, and template access ends with the cycle. Cancel during setup and the setup fee is not refundable unless the 30-day guarantee applies.
